第三艘掛企業號此名的聯邦星艦，艦隊編號 NCC-1701-B。對此艦資訊很少，因為企業號Ｄ的會議廳牆上，是個代表NCC-1701-B的彫刻品,以精進號(USS Excelsior)形狀而成的，因可肯定這艘企業號是精進級 (Excelsior Class)的星艦。 但看過「日換星移」 (Startrek: Generations) 的朋友們都知道，這艘船已經定為精進級的星艦。但形體稍稍修改過，為配合Kirk被Nexus吞噬的劇情，Deflector那一帶稍有修改。還有Warp Engine和Secondary Impulse Engine有改變...
